Who am I?
Hey there! My name is Maxton, pleased to meet you. Born and raised in the Bay Area, I've been surrounded by "Big Tech" for my entire life. This sparked my initial interest in software engineering which has now turned into my full-time career. My passion for all things tech started young with building and repairing computers, this eventually turned into writing scripts and building small web applications.
I'm a Senior software engineer with 6 years of experience at high-growth tech startups, with a focus on frontend development and product-led growth. I currently work at Stripe where I conduct experimentation and optimize product performance through data-driven strategies. I'm passionate about combining technical excellence with strategic growth initiatives to boost user engagement and drive business impact.
